Brief :
Event calendar is very useful when it comes to displaying/notifying events (Might be tasks) either by day, week or month. It is developed for iOS platform. In this “tapku library” (open source) used for plotting different tasks/events in graphical format and month view.
Need :
Event calendar mainly developed for one of our client. According to there requirement event calendar shows yearly / monthly / weekly views. User can create different tasks and events as per their schedule as well as they can set reminder and priority level for events/tasks.
How it works :
As mentioned above we used “tapku library” third party library . You can change the size and position of the calendar, its color, month view, week view and lot more by using this library.
On launch of event calendar application, we created monthly UIPageViewController on each page month and year with some inspiring message displayed. we can swipe pages of calendar till you reach to your current month of current year. When year changes calendar background color also changes.
There is view calendar button on top, on click of it we will navigate to your monthly task planed view. on this view we can see your created events plotting according time you created on that date of month.
In daily view you can see the event plotted across the timeline where user can find out overlapping schedule and can reschedule the event easily.User can create the recurring events and also set reminders for those events. User can also share those events with his google calendar.
On right side drawer is available with Daily / Monthly / Yearly options. According selection view OS event calendar changes daily or monthly or yearly.
